Sitt i en ring. La en elev få komme fram og peke på en kroppsdel. Den som først rekker opp hånda og klarer å si ordet riktig på engelsk, får være den neste til å komme fram. Slik fortsetter det.

Version 1

Circle Time Activity: One pupil lies on their back on the floor with their arms and legs stretched out. Place the word cards face down beside the pupil.

One by one, the other pupils come forward, pick a card, read the word aloud and place the card on (or next to) the correct body part. If a pupil is unsure, the rest of the class can help.

After completing the activity together as a class, let the pupils practise in pairs or small groups.

Version 2

Stand in a circle. The teacher, or one of the pupils, picks a word card and reads the word aloud. The other pupils point to the correct body part as quickly as they can.

I Have, Who Has? – Loop Game (29 cards)

Help your pupils learn the names of body parts in a fun, active and engaging way!

This I Have, Who Has? loop game includes 29 cards with colourful pictures and vocabulary related to the body. The activity encourages every pupil to participate, listen carefully and practise speaking English while building confidence and vocabulary.

How to play

Print, laminate and cut out the cards. Give one card to each pupil. If there are fewer than 29 pupils, simply hand out the remaining cards to some pupils. The teacher can also join the game.

The pupil holding the START card begins by reading aloud, for example:

«I have an eye. Who has a toe?»

The pupil with the correct picture then reads their card:

«I have a toe. Who has a head?»

The game continues until the class reaches the FINISH card.

After each round, collect the cards, shuffle them and play again. As the pupils become more familiar with the vocabulary, the game becomes faster and helps improve pronunciation, listening skills and confidence in speaking English.

This resource is perfect for whole-class activities, small groups and vocabulary revision.
